Eileen’s Way is a bespoke home by Gidaya Group, shaped around family living and enduring quality. It balances timeless design with contemporary functionality, guided by an integrated approach to spatial clarity, sustainability and craftsmanship.
Large open plan interiors create an immediate sense of calm, with spaces that flow into each other and out to landscaped outdoor zones, supporting both hosting and quieter moments day to day. A warm palette of stone, timber and soft neutrals brings an inviting tactility to each room, with subtle detailing and premium finishes supported by custom joinery throughout. Sustainability was central to the brief, with energy efficient systems, high performance insulation and passive design principles including passive solar design embedded throughout to reduce environmental impact and future proof the home for generations to come. The outcome also built trust. A neighbouring homeowner commissioned Gidaya Group to build their own residence.
